Refund policy
At CasaBrunello, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including:
- Unworn or unused
- All original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or receipt included
Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you:

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If your item arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- incorrect
- missing parts

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalised or made-to-order products
- Intimate or personal care products
- Perishable goods

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive another size, colour, or style is to return the original item first. Once approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union β 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For customers located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without needing to provide justification.
Returned items must remain:
- unworn or unused
- with tags attached
- in original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
